Please Note: When your craft is delivered for haulout, if the mast is to be lowered, all direct wiring should be disconnected and all sails removed. Additional charges at Yard rates could be incurred if this is not done.

- Terms and Conditions of Business -

- Payment terms normally Quarterly (13 weeks) in advance, pro rata for periods less than a quarter.

- Payment in full will be required within 14 days from the date of invoice, or prior to Launching or leaving
  the Yard within this period.

- Launching will not be undertaken unless any payment due for previous Storage has been fully cleared.

- Subject to express agreement to the contrary, any acceptance of this application by Dell Quay Marine
  whether verbal, written, facsimile or email, is made on the understanding that our terms and conditions
  of business shall apply, a detailed copy of which, can be viewed / obtained from the Yard Office.
