- Our moorings are half tide.

- Constraints on vessels for mooring are determined by such things as LOA, Hull, and Keel configurations.
   If you are unsure as to the suitability of your vessel taking the ground, or have any other queries please
   consult with the Yard Office.

- Owners are required to provide their own Mooring Strop, complete with Swivel and Shackle, for attachment of
   the vessel to the the Mooring Buoy, please enquire at the Yard Office for a suitable supplier.

- All vessels using Chichester Harbour require a valid annual license from the Chichester Harbour Conservancy.

- It is a condition of our contract, and the Harbour License, that any vessel using a mooring must have valid
   third party insurance cover.

- Payment terms are for season 1st April to 31st October in advance, pro rata for periods commencing
  after 1st April.

- Payment in full will be required within 14 days from the date of invoice.

- Subject to express agreement to the contrary, any acceptance of this application by Dell Quay Marine Ltd
   whether verbal, written, facsimile or email, is made on the understanding that our terms and conditions of
   business shall apply, a detailed copy of which can be viewed / obtained from the Yard Office.
